In addition, the mentor will assist a mentee in the practical preparation for enhancing language skills in a field that is essential to a customer.<\/p>\n<p>Use mentor support if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you are a coach and you want to prepare yourself for conducting training in English \u2013 we will study and practice training materials together<\/li>\n<li>you work in an international business environment and want to prepare for a presentation of a company, a product or an idea before a foreign contractor, a manager or coworkers<\/li>\n<li>you are an HR worker and want to prepare for a presentation of an HR strategy or a project of a new branding campaign before your European director<\/li>\n<li>you work in the recruitment industry and want to practice the recruitment process, conducting interviews and providing feedback in English<\/li>\n<li>you are a coach and want to start working with foreign customers, prepare to establish a cooperation policy and conduct sessions in English<\/li>\n<li>you are a manager and want to prepare for a conversation with an English speaking team or employee to present a new project, deliver a manager's address, or inform about terminating a contract<\/li>\n<li>you are preparing for a meeting with a foreign contractor, an organization or a manager and want to learn about the specifics of communication to be able to adjust the way of conducting a meeting to cultural and national aspects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The monitoring process takes an average of 2 to 6 meetings.
