Choose only those goals you know you can achieve, but make sure they’re not too easy, make them challenging. <\/span>Finding the right balance can be difficult. Choose materials that are slightly above your current skill level. <\/span>It should be challenging but not so difficult as to cause frustration.<\/span><\/p>\n

To achieve the same effect, you would have to read for two hours every weekend for a year. That’s much harder than those 15 minutes a day. Shorter but more frequent activities are a great way to build a regular habit. Remember that 15 minutes a day is a minimum.<\/span><\/p>\n

You’ll be able to set your skill level from beginner to advanced and set goals for study frequency.<\/span><\/p>\n
