3-month online course designed for administrative specialists, as well as individuals holding secretarial and assistant positions. The goal of the course is to achieve ease in communication, learn vocabulary used in administration, and broaden the business knowledge of this area. Classes in the form of training sessions combining the theory and exercises with discussions and simulations. It is possible to extend the course with individual consultations, including an assessment of language competence and creating an individual competence matrix.<\/p>\n

The course is conducted in small groups to provide the opportunity for easy conversation and practice (groups of up to 5 people).<\/p>\n

Each participant receives resources covering the content of the course:<\/p>\n

  • Presentation in a ppt format describing the selected topic<\/li>\n
  • Vocabulary lists for the topics, with examples of usage<\/li>\n
  • Exercises to consolidate knowledge from a particular topic<\/li>\n
