Emilia Kacprzyk

My name is Emilia Kacprzyk and I am a qualified English language coach. I have 20 years of experience in teaching business and technical English. I am a graduate of the English Philology at the University of Gdansk, and I have also studied in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdansk. I am a lecturer and manager of the post-graduate studies in Business English at the WSB University in Gdańsk.

I have been working for international corporations for 15 years as an HR Manager, cooperating with colleagues from different countries and cultural backgrounds on a daily basis.I have worked, among others in the United States, China, India and the United Arab Emirates, where I participated in projects for establishing new companies and implementing business processes. My English language skills are supported by many years of business experience gained in my work, which I use when teaching and conducting conversations with my clients instead of relying solely on theoretical knowledge.

I am also a qualified ICF coach, preparing individuals at different stages of their career to succeed. I conduct career and executive coaching processes in Polish and English. The Human Relations area is my passion, therefore I understand the importance of adapting work methods to the personality, temperament and pace of a customer. I always choose the most effective way of learning for a particular individual. We use a variety of teaching materials to improve the efficiency and attractiveness of the courses.

Agnieszka Ratyńska

Agnieszka Ratyńska has been working as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in agile environments for 5 years combining experience related to products and design. Furthermore, she has over 15 years of experience in the IT area. She chose the agile path because she believes in human potential and benefits of cooperating in small autonomous teams. She appreciates Agile values and is a courageous agent of change.

Agnieszka Ratyńska has extensive business experience and participated in a number of strategic and organizational initiatives. Being a charismatic organizer she inspires to action and supports with practical knowledge in the area of agile techniques. As an Agile Coach, she supports many Scrum Masters and Product Owners on their developmental path, emphasizing the importance of individual work with a customer. She balances her personal development with being a mother of two boys and meeting with friends, as well as growing a passion of sewing.

Karolina Różycka

For nearly 15 years she has been engaged in people-oriented marketing. She helps companies diagnose and leverage the resources they have in order to communicate effectively with the market.

Thanks to broad experience gained in different industries, including FMCG, B2B, luxury and retail, she uses her competencies in consulting, as well as training area, with regard to creating and implementing marketing strategies. She is an ACI certified business coach and an academic lecturer, conducting courses and lectures in Polish and English.

She has extensive experience in strategic and operational cooperation with employees and business partners from abroad. Currently she operates as a Marketing and PR Manager of the international Mercor Group, where she uses English on a daily basis.

In her everyday work she uses an adage "recognize before you propose" and this methodology is also implemented in all ongoing projects.

Ian Milne

A graduate of Glasgow University, Ian has a background in linguistics, plenty of first-hand knowledge of language learning, and over a quarter century of teaching and translating experience, working with individuals and organisations. So experienced, in fact, that although he has now been working exclusively online for a couple of years, he can still remember using VHS videos in classrooms and printing out handouts from floppy discs.

Ian has experience of teaching English in a wide range of companies, planning and tailoring courses to the requirements of different industries – both for specific skills such as customer service teams in large tech companies or finance professionals who need to negotiate and present results confidently in English, and for individuals and teams who wish to maintain or improve their fluency and accuracy to function well in an international environment.

Leszek Gielniak

English trainer with over 10 years of experience providing educational services to companies in the field of business and technical English, both in-house and online. Graduated from Nicolas Copernicus University in Toruń with an MA in English Studies. Obtained FCE and CAE certificates. During studies, as well as after graduation, worked in the UK to get to know the culture and complete language training in a living, natural environment. Being fascinated with the digital world and technology, completed as well Computer Science at Nicolas Copernicus University with a BS (Specialization Web Applications). In addition to core activity, co-organized programming courses for private schools.

Has extensive experience in working with administration staff, corporate lawyers, accountants, HR employees, sales representatives, executives, and managers of various levels, up to board representatives, in companies such as ERGIS S.A., T-Mobile, Adama, Allegro, Olx, Otodom. For several years already has been mostly inclining towards providing training to IT staff, namely Software Engineers whom shares most DNA with.

In work as a trainer, connects the best of both worlds to create a clear and comprehensive course, built around communication, with an intensive application of varied digital tools. One of his core aims is to conduct the teaching process in a way which requires least amount of effort outside of the classes, however it maximizes the intensity in the classes, during which only relevant material is provided. His classes are built on the principle ‘Use right after’, as the content is strictly related to IT-oriented themes and based on practical topics and scenarios, therefore it may be directly used afterwards, both for formal and informal purposes. I addition, his support does not end when the session ends, but it extends beyond that, as Leszek is fully opened to any individual enquiries in case of an emergency, e.g. an unexpected/urgent meeting with a customer, a team leader or an employer. Finally, every curriculum can be slightly tailored to a particular group’s needs.        

Kamila Traczyk

A Senior Recruitment Coordinator in a large London corporation and a passionate Talent Aquisitor. In Couch English she coordinates trainings and courses, manages school administration, and conducts HR and Administration courses.

In her work she focuses on high quality combined with fast paced action.10 years of experience in assistant positions have made her a professional for special tasks. For 4 years she has been devoted to the HR area, especially the onboarding and offboarding processes, with a special focus on employment of foreigners in Polish companies. So far, she has brought and employed in Poland over 40 people from, among others, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Turkey, India, Faroe Islands, Peru and Philippines.

Her passion is organizing events both for company (social events) and purely entertainment (festivals) with an emphasis on integration and improving communication. In almost every moment of life she is accompanied by books, ukulele and her beloved accordion.

Marta Szyszkowska

Marta holds a master's degree in Human Resources Management from Kozminski University, postgraduate studies at the Centre for Foreign Language and European Education of the University of Warsaw, and postgraduate studies in Business English at the Samuel Bogumił Linde University of Foreign Languages. She holds a certificate of completion of coaching, mediation, and business training.

She has over 20 years of business experience in international organizations in various teams in Poland. Sha gained international experience, among others, working for 2 years at Injured Workers Pharmacy in Massachusetts, USA, where she experienced different accents and nationalities.

She has been teaching English to adults and youth for four years. She teaches business English, specialist English, and general English at all levels.

Her extensive experience in a business environment means she understands the international working environment very well and knows how to use her knowledge effectively when delivering exciting and effective classes or trainings in Business English.

She is open, cheerful, and welcoming. She conducts classes with passion and commitment, which makes the lessons an interesting adventure, a journey into the language. In addition, she is a fan of American culture and literature, jazz, and cats.

Marta Ambroziak

Marta Ambroziak background comprises computer graphics and multimedia. Currently, she is graduating bachelor’s studies in that field.

She is interested in IT, perfecting skills at the Cisco Networking Academy in the field of software and hardware.
She completed the Visual Merchandising course and applied the acquired knowledge in practice in an international clothing company.
