We work using real-life HR and business scenarios tailored to the participant’s interests to ensure full engagement and strong motivation for development.
An individual format guarantees full attention to the participant’s needs, allowing focused work on specific skills, building confidence, and correcting language gaps. Participants work at their own pace, receive continuous language feedback, and the course content, pace, and scope can be adjusted on an ongoing basis.
We use a goal-oriented approach, where learning objectives are achieved through a variety of engaging materials and methods selected to best match the client’s needs. We combine motivation and engagement techniques with regular progress tracking.
Each participant receives a language skills assessment at the beginning of the course, followed by a final evaluation to measure progress.

- Trainer-developed presentations based on Couch English resources
- List of inspirational podcasts and articles in line with the course topics
- Additional materials (articles, exercises)
- Custom HR English presentations aligned with the course scope (extended option)
- Vocabulary lists with examples and definitions (extended option)
