A practical mini course dedicated to HR professionals, trainers, coaches, and managers who work with psychometric and diagnostic tools (e.g. DISC, Gallup, Insight Discovery, Reiss) and want to confidently use English in their work with employees, clients, and international teams.
The goal of the course is to develop practical vocabulary and language structures used when introducing tools, discussing results, conducting feedback sessions, and working developmentally with clients. We focus on specific elements of 1:1 sessions – from introducing the tool, through interpreting results, to development conversations.
The sessions are highly interactive – we combine short language inputs with intensive practice (simulations, case studies, mini feedback sessions).
The course ends with a short sample feedback/development session conducted by each participant in English.
The course is delivered in small groups to ensure space for active participation and speaking practice (up to 6 participants).
Each participant receives resources covering the content of the course:
- Presentation
- Vocabulary list with expressions used in the courses
- List of expressions used during lives (i.e. used by the students during the training - self-presentation, introduction, settling contract etc.)
- Written language feedback based on training samples (transcription)
- Certificate in Polish and English
